🏀 SCRP Hoops – Player Registration & Waiver 🏀

Thank you for your interest in SCRP Hoops.

This registration form is required for players who are looking to earn a roster spot or are planning to participate in SCRP Hoops programs. Completing this form allows your athlete to officially participate in program activities.

What This Registration Covers

• Player information and emergency contact details

• Participation waiver and consent

• Program communication and scheduling access

There is no cost to register.
Registration is for administrative and safety purposes only.

Program Timeline (Subject to Final Scheduling)

• Spring season projected to run mid to late March through late May

• Regular weekly practices

• Participation in 4–5 tournaments (time permitting)

• Optional summer camps and tournaments available

Important Notes

• A parent or legal guardian must complete this form

• Each athlete must be registered separately

• This registration does not replace tryouts and does not guarantee team placement unless already confirmed
